George Menold graduated from George Washington Law School in 2021 after studying economics and philosophy at George Mason University. During his time in law school, he was a member of The George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law, and has had his research and analysis of oyster law in the Chesapeake Bay published in the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal. He is licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia state courts, as well as the Federal Courts in Virginia.

Upon earning his JD, George helped people from a wide range of backgrounds achieve their estate planning goals. This included transferring, and planning for the eventual transfer, of assets as varied as oil and mineral rights in various states, firearm collections, overseas rental properties, livestock, and real estate. George also worked with small and mid-sized business owners to create succession plans and form new entities in order to protect assets and business interests across generations.

After learning the ins and outs of estate taxes and planning in DC, Virginia, and Maryland, George shifted gears and pursued litigation, specifically civil defense. In making this career transition, he learned how to litigate personal injury and premises liability matters effectively, working with opposing counsel, co-counsel, insurances carriers, and businesses to arrive at agreements that helped the injured parties get their lives back and kept costs low for the businesses and other parties involved. George has experience in mediating, negotiating, and litigating cases involving nursing home violations of care, dog bites, car accidents, slip/trip and fall injuries, public transit related injuries, and wrongful deaths.
